Segway of Ontario & More4Mini want to help you get rolling as quickly as possible. Online orders can be fulfilled in one of two ways: pick-up or delivery. We are proud to ship across Ontario for all of our online products and will work to find you the best shipping rates through trusted and reliable carrier services. Products will be shipped from our Distillery District storefront in Toronto, Canada. For pre-order products, you will be contacted when the device is back in stock and will only be shipped once full-payment has been received.



Pick-Up In Store

For all orders we recommend visiting us in the Distillery District at 11 Gristmill Lane to pick up your order free of charge. This gives us the opportunity to assemble your device for you (no additional fee) and to perform a final inspection before you hit the road. 

Although products may appear in stock please call ahead of time to ensure availability as many of our larger devices are stored off-site. Online orders are typically ready for pick-up within 24 - 48 hours of the order being placed. 



Ontario-Wide Shipping

Segway-Ninebot Devices

1. For within 100km of Toronto:
  • For Segway-Ninebot devices between 25lbs-45lbs gross weight there is a flat rate delivery charge of $100 + hst which includes device assembly and inspection at the time of delivery. Delivery times vary based on region and are subject to our delivery team’s schedule.
  • For Segway-Ninebot devices 46lbs+ gross weight there is a flat rate delivery charge of $150 + hst which includes device assembly and inspection at the time of delivery.  Delivery times vary based on region and are subject to our delivery team’s schedule.

2. For outside 100km range of Toronto (within Ontario):

  • For Segway-Ninebot devices between 25lbs-45lbs gross weight there is a flat rate delivery charge of $125 + hst. Delivery times vary based on region and shipping company.   Assembly not available.
  • For Segway-Ninebot devices 46lbs-75lbs gross weight there is a flat rate delivery charge of $175 + hst. Delivery times vary based on region and shipping company.  Assembly not available.
  • For Segway-Ninebot devices 75lbs+ gross weight there is a flat rate delivery charge of $300 + hst. Delivery times vary based on region and shipping company.  Assembly not available.

Standard Ontario-wide shipping is provided through Canada Post. Choose between Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority shipping.

We do not ship Segway-Ninebot devices outside of Ontario.

International Shipping

At this time we ship exclusively within Canada with international shipping available only to Australia and New Zealand (Segway and M4M accessories only). We cannot ship Segway-Ninebot devices internationally at this time.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled any time before shipment. Most in-stock products will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, refunds can be issued minus initial shipping costs and cost to return shipping. Disclaimer

The risk of loss or damage for any merchandise ordered online or in-store will be passed over to the customer or to the shipping company upon pickup. Segway of Ontario will not be responsible or held liable for any disputes or claims arising after the shipping carrier has picked up items from the store or has been dropped off at courier locations. We are happy to assist in resolving any issues that may arise from our couriers.  For any damage, please take photos and ensure it is noted when signing for package. 

All orders once reported delivered will be considered successfully delivered. Any issues after delivery will be considered post-delivery and will be handled accordingly. Any lost or stolen merchandise after successful delivery must be handled by the courier directly and Segway of Ontario will not be held liable in any case.
